Hi, and welcome! We’re Jade and Sasha — friends, moms, and co-founders of Camellia Tea Company.

Let us start by saying we are so happy to be here and can't wait to share our passion for tea with you!

How it all began...

In 2020 we both welcomed our first little ones, 9 months apart. During that time when life felt a little uncertain, we each found ourselves questioning what our next steps would be. Maternity leaves were coming to an end neither of us could imagine returning to work full time. After many conversations with cups of lukewarm warm tea (moms, IYKYK!) bouncing individual ideas off each other, we joked about how nice it would be to "just keep drinking tea together, while also doing something we both love!" WELL - after a ton of research later we realized this was not actually unrealistic... and BOOM! Camellia Tea Company was born!

Now...

While it isn't always the easy breezy tea party we pictured, it turns out we actually work really well together, and now here we are nearly 6 years later!

After a few years of running the company from home, going to markets, meeting fellow tea lovers, and pouring our hearts into this little business of ours, we were able to finally open our beautiful little shop in High River, AB.

We can't wait to welcome you in and help you find your new favourite blend to take home, or brew you the most perfect cuppa right here!
