Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

For local deliveries we will contact you via text or email with the date your order will be delivered. Local delivery is available to High River and surrounding areas within an approximate radius of 50km. This option will only appear if the shipping address is within the local zone. Free local delivery may be offered on orders within perameters set by Camellia Tea Company. Camellia Tea Company reserves the right to change or remove the perimeters at any time without notice.
